State of Talent Attraction & Retention

This first session of a 4-part series will introduce the current state of attraction and retention from Ohio and around the country. In the ever-changing landscape of workforce development, companies need to implement best practices in their attraction and retention strategies to become an employer of choice. Denise will be sharing retention reports and lead the discussion on cost of turnover. There will be a discussion time towards the end so that we can hear directly from you on your current workforce retention issues to help incorporate recommendations and solutions into the upcoming sessions.

All companies who attend all four sessions will have an opportunity to have a one-on-one discussion with Denise on how to implement these strategies.
