The Area 15 Workforce Development Board (representing Monroe, Morgan, Noble and Washington counties) through Ohio Valley Employment Resource is pleased to announce our Request for Proposal (RFP) for our program year starting July 1, 2025.  

 

We are seeking providers for One-Stop Operator services for all four counties, under the provisions of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014 (WIOA).
